Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the lemon juice and remaining butter in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the cooked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
